MAHA RASAYANA TEA

This is a fabulous Tea that I first developed as a 24/7 cauldron brewed Tea at my week long Immersions in remote forests of the Czech Republic!  It is all about offering deep inexorable Adaptogenic :: Epigenetic :: Immunity :: Ojas :: Balance :: Endurance qualities!  The Tea is so robust and Wholesome that it can be a meal!  It is all whole herbs and comes in 1/2 pound packages.

PREP Suggestions

• Put herbs except small bag in stockpot with 10qt water
• Simmer down to half
• Strain, set ‘tea’ aside
• Add strained herbs to 10qt fresh water, simmer to half
• Strain, set ‘tea’ aside
• Add strained herbs and small package and 4 oz fresh ginger to 10 qt water
• Simmer down to half
• Strain, set ‘tea’ aside
• Add all tea, simmer to 5qt
• Sterilize five 1 qt mason jars, add boiling tea, seal jars
• 6-10 doses per jar
• 1-3 doses a day
• Can also continue simmering and make an Avaleha
